Reiki is an Energy Healing modality, one that is done using the love energy of the Universe, God, Goddess, or whichever deity or consciousness you most feel connected to. It balances your spiritual energy, and clears your Chakras. It’s good for healing, clarity in life, and personal growth.

Each session is done by, both, Denise and Aaron. Reiki is done using only light touch on the head, arms, hands, knees, and feet. It can also be done with no touch at all, and we will make sure to get your preference before we start the session.

An evidential mediumship reading is an experience to show there is life after death by bringing through clear, specific, verifiable information to provide evidence of your loved one in Spirit.

I will connect with your loved one in Spirit to bring forth details - personality, memories, meaningful validations - as evidence to show that your loved one in Spirit is still with you. Come with an open heart to experience peace, love, and healing that your loved one is still with you.

What to expect - I will start by asking if you have any questions. I will connect with Spirit and become the voice for your loved one.

Through this evidence you will know and feel that your loved one is present. I ask that during the session you share if 'yes'/no'/‘not sure’ that you confirm the details to be true for your loved one. At the end of the evidence, I will bring a message from your loved one.

All readings are conducted with respect, and my intention is to bring you healing and comfort. No session is alike and each reading brings a unique experience.

Tarot is a practice using cards, and the symbology on the cards to give direction and clarity for your current circumstances in life.

Each session is done by Denise. For in-person or Zoom sessions, you will first have a consultation to find out what it is you are hoping to achieve from the reading, and then Denise will begin to draw cards and decipher their meanings.

For E-mail correspondence readings, Denise will simply draw cards, take pictures of what was drawn, and you will get a detailed email explaining each card and what it means for you.

Sound Healing is the use of music, musical instruments, or even simply rhythmic clapping to give you what you need. No matter if it’s calming, or a ramp up in your energy that is needed. You learn what you need, and implement it as a daily practice to help you on your way in life.

Each session is done in person with Aaron. There will first be a consultation to find out what you need. Next the session will either entail you lying on a table and soaking in the sounds, or being active in the session yourself with instruments that you will be playing as well.

Guided Meditations are exactly as they sound. During your meditation you will be guided through a journey as you meditate. These are good for healing, de-stressing, and finding answers from Spirit.

The Guided Meditations will only be offered as a package with Sound Healing. Both Denise and Aaron will be involved with the session. Denise will guide you, and Aaron will provide the soundtrack.

Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant material and Essentials Oils for the well being of your body. It raises the vibration of your body, and helps with stress, healing, and emotional balance.

Essential Oils are derived from any portion of the bush, flower, herb, or tree.
